TO BECOME SOMETHING; YOU'VE TO FIRST BECOME IT.
Pat Robertson, founder of CBN(Christian Broadcasting Network), gave an illustration. He said pick 10 millionaires and 90 poor people. Give them one million dollars each and watch what will happen to them. In a little while, the millionaires will end up with the money of all the poor people.
This will happen because the millionaires have become millionaires first in their minds' eye so they easily attract money. The poor on the other hand have not changed who they are so, they keep losing money.
Millionaires naturally attract money in millions, billionaires naturally attract money in billions. The same is the case for all areas of life. If you must become something, you've to think like one who has become it, act like it, talk like it. There's a popular saying that goes along this lines: Fake it until you become it.

This theory of Successful is of course not sufficient in itself, but it is the stage where you transform your mind to embrace the future you've always seen as distant. Become it that you might become it.
