LEVERAGING
Late last year, I attended a musical concert often referred to as the largest Gospel concert in the world; having over 600,000 worshipers onsite and millions over satellites and local TV stations around the world. It was indeed an experience, and lots of things stood out to me as to how they were able to succeed at such an impossible event.
Beginning with their excellent publicity to effective duty delegation, I couldn't help but wonder. But what stood out to me the most was the power of Leveraging.

During the vote of thanks they gave kudos to lots of sponsors including MD of GB Bank and others banks, with MD'S of several oil companies. In essence, they acknowledged that beyond their organizational skills and know-how, they couldn't have achieved so much if they didn't bring others into the vision.
A wise man had it right when he said, "If you want to go fast go alone. But if you want to go far go together."
If you have a commensurable idea that can be commercialised, don't keep it to yourself when you don't have sufficient funds to finance it . Make it open to investors. Be Business minded.
